So you might have seen a version of this video on the TV or the internet lately. I love the Dior art direction and combination of the classic Depeche Mode track 'Enjoy the Silence'. We featured 'Enjoy The Silence' as our OldSkool Track of the Day back in January but to be honest I prefer this contemporary video version. It's not often that an advert has the power to hold my attention for over 3 minutes but this evoked an ethereal post new romanticism feeling in me perfectly combining the old with the new. It's not hard to see why the Dior video has over 6 million hits already.

Bottega Verde brings products to U.S market
Bottega VerdeItaly's Largest Cosmetics Brand, is bringing its best-selling, natural beauty products to the U.S. market. Ever heard of them before? No me neither but then I don't live in Italy. From its humble beginnings as an herbalist store in Tuscany, Italy, Bottega Verde has grown to serve more than 6 million satisfied and loyal customers throughout the world. Here is some history on the company for you;
The company was founded in Pienza, Italy in 1972. Bottega Verde was founded in Pienza, Italy, a small Tuscan town between Florence and Siena, known for its natural, artistic and cultural heritage.
The first location for Bottega Verde was chosen in 1972 as a small herbalist shop nestled amongst hills, vineyards and wheat fields. It was here that Bottega Verde cultivated a passion for artisans to produce and sell high-quality cosmetics based on natural active ingredients. They are allegedly Number #1 in Italy today.
Bottega Verde was already an extremely successful business in the early 90s: authentic, sincere and dedicated to women, but with a great deal of potential to achieve more.

Wool, what do you think about it?
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Ramblers Way. All opinions are 100% mine.
What do you typically think when you think about a wool sweater? Maybe some of the oldest and most common thoughts that might spring to mind would be that a wool sweater would be itchy, heavy and hot. Some others might be sweaty, uncomfortable, annoying, ugly, old fashioned and tiresome. The list is endless and if you have ever owned a wool sweater then you will know what this feels like.
Ramblers Way has come up with a new concept - attractive wool garments that are made from sheep that roam across the United States - but the twist being that company incorporates the most modern technology that is currently available throughout its production process.
The "WINDspun" technology that Ramblers Way garments undergo offers the smoothest, most luxurious wool yarn in the marketplace. The result is an ultra-light line of worsted wool garments warm that both keep you warm but which also breathe naturally, resulting in a year-round product.
In an effort to maintain the company's all natural value set, Ramblers Way garments are NOT pre-washed with chlorine in the typical "super-wash" procedure that most companies use, but instead a patented enzyme treatment is used in order to prevent shrinkage and keep the garments fully washable. In addition to being entirely American-made, Ramblers Way garments are all natural and chemical-free.
